We had an issue with one of our twins car seats, I emailed customer service who helped arrange for collection of the seat to be sent back to the company for repair. I was kept informed of how long the process should take alongside when it was returned to them. Great customer service and would buy from them again.
Great Shop! I have my travel stroller ergobaby delux from there. Lady from the shop is very helpful. Received extra discount too. Happy with my purchase and definitely will return again. Not many showroom shops for pushchairs around.

I had a fantastic experience at Bella Baby. With just 5 weeks left until my due date, I had some ideas in mind when I walked in, but I really needed some guidance.
Ermina was amazing in helping me out. She's the perfect salesperson – eager to share her thoughts without being pushy at all. I was initially interested in one stroller, but she compared it to another model she believed was better. She explained everything clearly and even showed me a demo. Her knowledge and points convinced me to go with her suggestion.
A week later, my husband and I returned, and Ermina patiently went over all the options again. I ended up buying more than I had planned, despite the store's upscale vibe. The prices are reasonable, maybe even better than other places. Having Ermina's advice truly made a difference. She even helped me get all the boxed in the car!

In this day and age, you can’t always count on a first class customer experience. Too often it feels like the exception rather than the norm and it’s more than usual to end up feeling frustrated or annoyed because things have gone less than smoothly. This cannot be said of our first experience with Bella Baby.
Last week, in readiness for our imminent arrival, we ordered a baby’s car seat, (the Pebble 360 with the Family Fix 360 Base) and a Zelia Luxe stroller or pushchair.
Admittedly, the first two items arrived by DPD at the appointed time but the pushchair was missing which necessitated a phone call to Bella Baby to check if the missing item was out on a separate delivery. My call was taken by Ermina. I would like to praise her for the polite, professional and helpful way she responded. She confirmed that the missing item was scheduled for delivery the next day but asked me to let her know immediately if it didn’t arrive. Fortunately it did and I called Ermina to confirm this. I discovered that she had spoken to the delivery company and ascertained that the item had been held back because the packaging was damaged. Using her initiative, Ermina asked to see photographs of the damaged parcel and suspected that the packaging wasn’t in fact damaged, that it was simply dirty as if something had come into contact with it and stained one side of the box. She sensibly concluded that the contents were likely to be unaffected and it would be worth delivering to us, thus avoiding a delay of more than 24 hours.
I felt that Ermina did everything possible to try and ensure that we were not unduly inconvenienced and in spite of the small delay, left us with a positive feeling about the company, its attitude to customers and the value it places on them. You would think that a caring approach to customer service would be a ‘no brainer’ for companies wishing to attract, or more specifically, keep their customers. But in my experience, it isn’t always the case and the logic, or rather the wisdom of this, is so often overlooked.
So a special shout out to Ermina who went ‘above and beyond’ and who could not have represented the company she works for more professionally. Thank you Bella Baby. I’m certain we will be back.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Balla Baby.
I purchased a few items I needed for my son to use in preparation for his playgroup stay and play.
Recently as I was getting everything ready and checking I had every thing for playgroup I realised I was missing a strap for my sons lunch bag.
I panicked as this order was made more than 3 months ago and outside the return window to query any issues.
I was reluctant to contact Bella Baby as I was embarrassed. However I did and I’m so grateful I did.
Ermina messaged me and understood my situation, she arranged for a replacement strap to be sent free of cost and delivery when I was willing to pay 100% of the costs.
I can’t thank Ermina enough and Balla Baby, you have a very happy customer and I will be recommending your service and returning as a customer for more baby stuff.

Great first experience with this company. Found product a bit cheaper than elsewhere. Also needed to change delivery address after order placed and that was achieved effortlessly. Tiny niggle about the extra delivery charges to some Scottish post codes - this is a constant unnecessary negative for us living in the north. But delighted overall
Excellent customer service. Had an issue with delivery (not the fault of the supplier) and it was rectified straight away. Very efficient customer service and really pleased with the item purchased also.
